Note that because we do not have a customer services telephone desk. Customer services queries will be handled online only through the ebay message system which can be accessed through the ask the seller a question from the relevent ebay listing.
|How do I pay by credit/debit card||We use Paypal for processing our credit/debit card payments. At the end of an auction or Instant purchase you will be sent a link with how to pay using Paypal.|
|Do I need a Paypal account||No. You can pay using a credit/debit card, without opening a paypal account. A request will be sent for payment by email .|
|Can I pay over the phone||We are a mail order company and all our credit/debit card transactions are handled online through Paypal.|
|How do I pay for my item by Paypal||When the ebay auction has ended Ebay will send you a link to Paypal with all the details of your auction.|

Please include the ebay item number with your payment. Cheques can take upto 7 days to clear with our bank.
|Can I combine purchases to save on shipping costs||Yes we will always combine shipping if purchases are to be delivered at the same time and to the same address. A saving will be made but this will depend on the items sent.|
|When will my item arrive||We aim to despatch our items within 2/3 working days of receipt/clearance of payment, items are then sent out by courier and can take up to 3 working days for delivery (Saturday and Sunday are not working days). When your item leaves us you will be emailed with a despatch notification|
|Can I specify a date/time for my delivery||The courier will deliver any day up to 3 working days after the despatch day (Saturday and Sunday are not working days). No date/time can be specified.|
|Will the courier phone before making the delivery||No, it is impractical to ask the courier or us to phone before delivering an item.|
|Why can I not refuse a delivery||If you refuse a delivery for any reason the item will be returned to us and the courier will charge us for that return and this cost will then be passed on to you. If you refuse a delivery we will have no record of the delivery or exactly what condition it arrived to you, and no record of the return if you refuse the item. This can severely delay the re-delivery of the item.|
